• Ensuring that individual budget components, including production of marketing materials, international and local sales visits, are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Responsible for control of margins on third-party sales.

• In charge of overseeing the day-to-day running of European sales teams and GSAs.
• Successfully steered the business unit to come in on budget for 2008 despite worsening economic crisis worldwide and a major political crisis affecting revenues in Kenya.
• Recording, reporting and analysis of worldwide DMC revenues and subsequent composition of worldwide sales and marketing strategies.
• Responsible for compiling and executing the worldwide sales and marketing cost budget (approx. US$ 3 million).
• Successfully created a series of contingency cost budgets to be implemented in case of worsening economic crisis throughout 2009, presenting cost savings of up to US$ 400k without overly affecting sales and marketing.

Peru

• Secured in excess of 20% year-on-year growth whilst overseeing sales and marketing activities for Abercrombie & Kent Peru, particularly sourcing, bidding for and converting business from key third-party markets.
• Successfully won single accounts worth around US$ 1 million per annum and personally developed business from the French market from virtually zero in 2004 to well over half a million dollars in 2008.
• Responsible for a wide range of other office and field-based activities, including operations.
