Responsible for merchandising my wife's bridal shop, maintaining the store's website, and the design and production of all marketing materials for the business. Assisted on buying trips to bridal markets and designers’ studios in NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago.

Responsible for the creative output of the design department, recruiting and managing talent, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the organization. Worked closely with Sales team to develop pitch decks, coordinate business development efforts, and assist with account management. Wrote RFP responses, Scopes of Work, design proposals, and case studies. Estimated, tracked, and reported billable design hours. Coordinated with outside freelancers and design/strategy agencies to research industry trends for white papers. Maintained design portfolio, wrote case studies, and led marketing efforts, including website and social media updates.

Led design projects, closely collaborating with sales team and clients, as well as other designers. Created and presented design concepts at all stages of development, from loose hand sketches through 3D modeling with photorealistic renderings and animation, to detailed design intent documentation. Responsibilities included overseeing all creative work done for P&G cosmetics at RTC, holding weekly design reviews with the client, frequent travel to work collaboratively with brand managers and other design agencies, participating in consumer research and concept testing, regular store audits to maintain knowledge of beauty category.
