- Managed end-to-end NPI development for the flagship Hero 7-8 cameras and accessories- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and China-based OEM/ODM partners to develop innovative, cost-effective, manufacturing solutions for consumer electronics - Create and drive execution of project plans including schedule and engineering specifications (EE, FW, ME, ID, SW, REL, compliance)- Collaborate with Operations to evaluate potential suppliers and drive cost reduction efforts

- Successfully managed the launch of 50+ consumer electronics, and soft good products in 4 years- Travel abroad to evaluate engineering and supervise mass production builds to ensure priority and quality of product- Facilitate decision-making process by identifying needs and setting expectations to attain product definition

- Lead product design team responsible for part design, integration, assembly, tooling and documentation- Interact with outside suppliers, design of injection molded plastic, machined and sheet metal parts- Scheduling and supervision of product testing- Designed and developed computer server parts using Pro/Engineer including sheet metal chassis, skins, doors, exterior and interior panels, and plastic modeled parts- Evaluated and qualified mechanical components- Support mechanical design aspects of PCB design ie EE component placement, keep outs, etc.

- Oversee the company's Product Development Process. – i.e., controlling part numbers, creating process flow charts, creating assembly/fab drawings, labeling, artwork, software, and manufacturing procedures- Created bills of materials and supporting documentation (ECO) for prototype R&D engineering and created parts kits for the production floor. Worked with project engineers, buyers, and production planners to ensure that engineering prototyping / NPI production schedules were met
