Responsibilities included incorporating the individual work of the twenty-plus SIAP developers into a single, releasable iteration. Scheduled iteration releases in both alpha and beta stages every month and a half. Prioritized functionality for those releases, and coordinated releases to four alpha sites and ten beta sites. Introduced an automated test suite to greatly reduce turnaround time and reliability for releases.SIAP; 2003-2004; System Analyst, Track Management Team LeadLead the Track Management behavioral model team for SIAP (Single Integrated Air Picture), a joint DOD project. Responsibilities included tasking a team of engineers and software modelers, coordinating communication with other domain teams, producing documentation of cumulative work, and producing an executable behavior model on a rigorous schedule. Also represented SPAWAR-CHS CMD and successfully integrated additional engineers with the project.
Assisted with the creation of the NCEE (Naval Collaborative Engineering Environment) workspaces, assessing user requirements and implementing Microsoft SharePoint web service.
