Led strategic IT planning and implementation, aligning technology with business objectives for multiple clients. Conducted thorough IT assessments, identified opportunities for improvement, and executed solutions to enhance efficiency.

Design, implementation and support of a high end graphics programming platform including 100+ computers, servers, and network.

Build and troubleshoot Intel based computers for retail computer store. Created automated provisioning system using a parallel port cable and preloaded OS eliminating the need to load each OS with disks.

Lead Technician for another Photon facility. At this point, corporate support for the gear was gone, and I had to improvise to keep the gear up and running which required some creative thinking and resourcefulness.

Technician for spinoff facility of Photon in the West End. Repair and maintenance of highly customized laser tag gear. The "pods" communicated via RF to networked 8086 and 8088 PC's for real time scoring display. All of the systems involved (RF transmitters and receivers, IR transmitters an receivers, networked computers running customized operating systems, sound and logic boards, battery chargers, facility sound and lighting systems, etc.) required maintenance and repair which required a detailed knowledge of the technologies and individual systems.

Laser Tag operation support including: Game supervision, staging room supervision, customer relations, customer training and instruction, basic equipment maintenance, facility maintenance.

Repaired consumer electronics and built / repaired 8086 and 8088 Intel Personal Computers. Learned and refined electronic troubleshooting skills and the use of meters, scopes, electronic hand tools, and soldering iron.
