When I was 25, I decided to take the plunge.- Metaphorically speaking.I decided that I wanted to be a chef. I quit my property management job and enrolled in Culinary school.While I was on this 10 year odyssey, I thought about quitting approximately 7,000 times. (And that’s a low-ball estimate.) But despite the long hours, difficult customers, mental and physical fatigue, and low pay, I kept going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen. I was able to work in some of the finest kitchens in the country. These experiences gave me perseverance and grit in spades. I've been able to put the skills that I gained in my past career to use in customer success and account management . I've learned to be results focused, have fine attention to detail and how to build teams.
