Bachelor of Science (Tech) Majoring in Computer Science - looking for work in Melbourne.After living and working in Melbourne for 3 years prior to Covid; I returned to New Zealand due to the lockdowns in Melbourne. While in NZ; I completed my degree - Bachelor of Science (Tech) Majoring in Computer Science as well as gaining experience in the IT Sector.While completing my Bachelor of Science in Tech I also gained employment as a paid intern in the position as R & D Technician for Lotek, the largest supplier of marine and aviary tracking devices in the southern hemisphere.Prior to this degree I have also successfully completed Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Writing Studies.Throughout completing both of my degrees successfully, I also worked fulltime as well as supporting myself financially, living away from the family home and living overseas.I have significant experience in both hospitality and retail, but I have found my passion in programming and Computer Science.I am confident, hardworking and driven and arrive in Melbourne on January 20th 2023. I have somewhere to live, having lived in Melbourne before Covid, I know it well and can't wait to return.I am a New Zealand Citizen.I like to work in teams, as well as on my own, and I find I tend to fall into leadership positions naturally.I am excited to be a part of an industry that is ever evolving and requires constant learning to keep up. I want to continue to build my knowledge and experience by learning and working in various fields of computer science. Hopefully, with the right expertise, I will be able to travel the world working on mainly humanitarian projects and doing work that excites me.skills in C#, Java, SQL, Python, and Web Development languages. I've worked for years in hospitality, during and after completing my Bachelor of Arts, and now I want to breakout into the scientific/programming industry no matter how hard the challenge will be.
