Today’s society is undoubtedly challenging. I feel that physical education plays a vital role in preparing young people for life by instilling leadership, resilience, confidence, teamwork and respect. I endeavour to inspire all pupils to be independent leaders of their own health and wellbeing and possess the self-esteem to flourish into the best individuals they can be. I am a well-rounded, approachable, enthusiastic and dedicated individual that welcomes change and growth. I believe this is reflected in an award I was so humbled to receive at Sandymoor High School for my ability to integrate into the team and establish relationships with pupils and staff. It would be an honour to teach the subject I am so passionate about and continue to provide and improve the standard of education that I was once so lucky to receive.
