I work as the front of the radiology department. In this role, I am handle patient experience, from checking patients in to getting vitals, rooming patients, and patient service. During a typical shift, I utilize empathy, compassion, problem solving, quick thinking, delegation, and multitasking to make sure all the needs of the patients are met. The radiology department sees hundreds of patients a day and myself, along with my team, work tirelessly to make sure every patient is treated with respect and that their experience is exemplary.

I traveled to multiple sites across the Country to decontaminate N95 masks for medical facilities. I wasalso in charge of creating training curriculum and leading other techs through various classes to ensurethat my entire team was proficient in every aspect of their position.

Stock manager, in charge of all shipping and receiving/operations and procedures as well as trainingother employees on stock room process.In my time as the stock manager I was able to streamlined the stock room, making it more efficient forthe associates as well as created procedures to help make the systems more user friendly.
