This is a pretty self-explanatory role, but I do have to manage very high-paced environments while also looking out for risk management; I am an efficient worker that understands how work needs to get done. I can multitask very well, obviously, and there does need to be extensive customer service given to those who need it, and I greatly excel at that! There are times where I must work unusual hours in order to fulfill my shift duties and responsibilities and I always do them to the best of my ability. After starting in April of 2022, I was quickly integrated into the Fever Originals team and took control of multiple projects at once. I handled the complete end-to-end communication and organization of large scale, multimillion dollar in-person events that took place in large cities such as: NYC, Dallas, Tampa Bay, and San Diego. I was able to gather data from our marketing team and analyze it in conjunction with our P&L statements to model success and profitability. I worked closely in a very fast paced environment with all teams and established myself as the main POC for all projects I was assigned. I used agile methodology along with PMP tools and techniques to guide our team to success.As a project manager, I was constantly looking for ways to improve processes in how events are planned and delivered. My role was expanded after about 5 months at UWorld (Themis Bar). I used my knowledge of applied statistics and data analysis to create distribution charts and rankings for schools looking to see how their students compare to national benchmarks. In addition, I was constantly learning new techniques and skills with Tableau and SQL in order to create useful data visualizations for our marketing and administration teams. I performed many Ad Hoc data requests for C-Suite executives and the B2B team; many of these requests required custom, presentation-ready dashboards.In addition to data requests, I also excelled in my role of product management. I hit strict deadlines for different features of products in an online database. I assisted in the creation, editing, and maintenance of hundreds of online educational courses (products) for lawyers prepping to take the bar exam. I worked with our internal teams to give feedback on our online products and the scheduling of release dates.

In this role I assisted in making strict deadlines for different features of products in an online database. As an associate product manager, I also assisted in the creation and editing of online educational courses (products) for lawyers prepping to take the bar exam. I worked with students by answering all tech related issues regarding the platform via email, ticket system, and phone. I was able to give feedback on online products and the scheduling of release dates. I was able to use my knowledge of Microsoft Excel frequently to format and manipulate data to create spreadsheets that were used in the creation of online courses.

In this role I wrote and delivered daily reports to the senator. I answered phone calls and handled adversity in the workplace well. I adjusted and created invites for the senator’s schedule, keeping him on track for his days with constituents. I sent detailed emails to constituents in regards to the senator’s activities and campaign. I kept tallies in regards to bill voting so our team had clarity on the current state of affairs in the state senate and house. I created and successfully coordinated events for the senator to speak at. I also created presentations via Powerpoint for these events so Senator Weaver had his agenda and talking points ready in his conversations with community leadership. I combined excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle over 200 constituent cases for the senator and his team during my time with Senator Weaver's District Office.

I was a caddie at Edgewood Valley for about 8 years, and while here I developed great working relationships with upper management and members that would frequently request me on the golf course. I was able to develop and hone my customer service skills very well here and was constantly invited back by members for my work ethic and success on the green. I worked with coworkers and handled adversity well on the course. I was able to provide knowledgable information to members about course rules and club values whenever needed. In this role I was part of a team that completed a psychology study under the supervision of Dr. Allan Huffcutt. I was part of a team that created the procedure, method, and experiment. I entered data and performed quantitative analysis by computing standard deviation and variance with CSV files and Microsoft Excel. I then ran an independent samples T-test and computed p-value data to see if the results proved our hypothesis was correct. During this role, I was able to gain experience doing scientific research, carrying out the scientific method, and completing data analysis to prove our hypothesis. I then presented our research findings and results with our team to the scientific community at the Midwest Psychological Association Conference in Chicago, IL.
