Zeus BMS Ltd is a family-owned business that installs and commissions all types of Building management systems including Trend, Honeywell, Priva and Neoss - Each system is individually tailored to the companies and commissioned to suit. The Business consists of 1 Director, 3 Employee’s and 2 Sub Contractors. We would typically all work together, sometimes in teams of 2 other times in teams of 6 depending on the workload. Our locations would vary from day-to-day, sometimes working at one job for a few weeks, other times only for 1 day. Main Duties Included:● Installed electrical panels in ceilings.● Ran wires through ceilings.● Loaded and unloaded materials into plant rooms.● Performed a variety of electrical installation tasks, including installing metal conduit, metal trunking, and tray work.● Fitted temperature sensors, leak detection systems, and wired boilers, pumps, and air handling units.● Worked safely and efficiently, following all electrical codes and safety regulations.Some of the locations I have worked at have included - Number 10 Downing Street, Dover House, 70 Whitehall, Kings College Hospital, Lidl’s Supermarkets, Multi-storey Office Blocks.

I maintained small businesses and privately owned gardens of all sizes. My daily tasks included digging, raking, mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, lawn care, and tree cutting. I am proficient in using a variety of gardening equipment and have a proven track record of completing tasks on time and to the satisfaction of clients.

I used to work at my local golf course, maintaining the green and turf repair, and occasionally lend a hand in the golf shop, help customers rent golf clubs if they needed assistance.When required I would also repair the machinery fixing John Deere tractors, Massey Ferguson tractors, torro sit on lawn mowers, chainsaws, strimmer’s, hedge cutters, hydraulic pipe servicing machinery and many more.
