• I managed a Loan Portfolio that includes ten customers and over $229,000,000 in aggregated debt. This includes processing and presenting all new requests, modifications, and amendments, one-on-one customer interactions, monitoring covenants, reviewing legal documents and processing financial statements and other required documents submitted by the customer.• Review loan requests ranging from $1,000,000 Lines of Credit to $245,000,000 Syndications and prepare loan packages which examine all credit documents to determine repayment ability and overall creditworthiness of a customer. • Engage at a high level with the market manager, commercial lender and credit officer to determine the credit quality of the company’s financial situation. This includes examining the company’s Cash Flow, Collateral, Capital, Management/Guarantors and Condition.• Spread and analyze financial statements on a variety of entities in various industries (Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas Services, Commercial Real Estate, PE Platform Companies, etc.). • Work closely with credit officer, commercial lender and market manager on a day to day basis, serving as an intermediary between them and the customers. Report directly to the regional credit officer and regional manager to present loan packages and to keep them apprised of any changes with bank customers.• Completed a 11 week Formal Credit Training Program with several training classes; including: Omega’s Financial Reporting, Accrual Accounting, Accounting for the Operating Cycle, Accounting for the Capital Investment Cycle, Accounting for Liabilities and Equity, Commercial Credit for Lenders, Analyzing Business Tax Returns, Analyzing Personal Financial Statements and Tax Returns, Understanding Business Cash Flow, Commercial Loans to Business, and Loan Structure.
