Managed the completion of all Phase I and Phase II due diligence work for a national environmental consulting company in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities included the senior review of all Phase I and II reports, along with proposal preparation and assignment of new projects. Was also a member of ATC’s Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Practice Group, which was responsible for the development and implementation of ATC’s report templates, training procedures, and overall ESA quality control.
