Worked on various projects/programs that enhanced inter-departmental communications. Converted multiple MS Access Databases to SQL Server back-end / MS Access front-end architecture which stabilized otherwise unreliable solutions and allowed users from multiple offices to access these systems. Some of these projects include:Opsnet – supported operations department with a program that tracks daily file transfers (started with several hundred files per day that quickly grew to several thousand files per day) integrated with other systems to alert operators when files arrive that need manual intervention, automated file processing for files that did not need hands-on attention, automatically placed service requests when necessary.CSNet – Client Services – Task Scheduling project – converted existing Excel spreadsheet of client deliverable tasks to a SQL Server back-end, MS Access front-end architecture which allowed for security, enhancements, scalability and reliability.Revenue – designed, maintained and supported the Revenue tracking system that pooled monthly revenue data from multiple sources, calculated salesperson commissions and enabled client level reporting that was otherwise unavailable.
