The development and execution of the product certification strategy in Europe and U.S. The identification of a holistic approach certification based on a platform architecture allowing a modular cost-effective approach to support iterative development and partnership rebranding initiatives. Certification included FCC, FDA, RED, UKCA, Certificate of Origin and the conditions of transportation/importation/exportation. Product use-case development with end-clients and BtoB partners. The understanding of client behaviour and the development of corresponding value creating use cases. The management of detailed product testing with end-users including the evaluation of the solution and exploration and ideation of future product enhancements. The translation of use-cases and product enhancements into product specifications. The identification and creation of a group of key end users specifically to specifically participate in a sustained product roadmap and product testing effort. Developed into an expert product user, educator and demonstrator.
