Over the years I've had quite a bit of customer service experience. I recently just served as a customer service representative for the University of Iowa through the Fans First Practicum provided by the school. I've worked numerous college athletic events including: basketball, gymnastics, wrestling, baseball and most recently the BIG 10 Woman's Swim and Diving Championships. During these events I've helped customers with answering any questions or concerns they may have during the contest. I've worked event operations for a couple events that consisted of helping judges at scoring tables for gymnastics, and also have helped with setting up and tearing down equipment needed for sporting contests.Currently I am participating in an Independent Field Experience Practicum through the University of Iowa to get the Field experience hours I need in order to graduate. This Summer I will be interning for the Burlington Bees, a minor league affiliate of the Los Angelos Angels of Anaheim. There I will intern as a marketing and stadium operations intern for the upcoming summer of 2020.
