I’ve been a businessman since I was a child. If you would’ve asked my parents what career I’d end up with when I was young I’m sure they wouldn’t have been too far off. I’ve always had a knack for budgeting, bargaining, and saving money and have continued to develop my business acumen through my schooling and professional career. Now, I bring value to companies through my strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across job functions and organizations. These, along with my communication and relationship building skills allow me to deliver value quickly to new organizations.I’m dedicated to working with my peers to find the best business solution in all situations. I understand that there are larger business objectives at stake and I will not sacrifice overall value to the business for self serving reasons. I take pride in my negotiation skills, and I know it begins with preparation. I strive to understand each scenario as best as I can so that if needed, I can react and adjust my approach quickly. I get excited about challenging the status quo, I always ask, “I understand that’s how it’s been done in the past, but can we do it better?” My belief is that if you’re not getting better, you’re falling behind.My career progression has allowed me to find things I am passionate about. To name a few: Aviation (I’m training to get my private pilot’s license), negotiating, and leading and developing others. I perform best when I am challenged. I take that challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, and prove myself. My experiences in different industries have prepared me to continue to grow and learn new things, while still being an asset to any organization.
