Key achievements include:•Responsibility for the successful implementation of multi-million pound contracts across the United Kingdom simultaneously•Responsible for the Service Design and Delivery Model Work-Stream for the ongoing implementation of Steps 2 Success in Northern Ireland, with a contract lifetime of up to 6 years and a value of approximately £30 million.•Responsible for the Service Design and Delivery Model Work-Stream for the for the ongoing implementation of the National Citizen Service in South West England.Activities include:•Examining current processes on existing contracts, and recommending changes to enhance our service offer to customers•Establishing a service design to meet contract requirements and customer need.•Creating training materials for new staff members on contracts being implemented•Training new members of staff, in multiple roles, on contract delivery and minimum service delivery levels•Manipulating data to be able to accurately model customer flows to feed into staffing requirements•Presenting ideas to the Board of Directors, focussing on service design and delivery•Representing Reed in Partnership at stakeholder engagement events
