Initially stepping in during July 2023 for a two months to bridge the gap left by our 'Office Admin,' my mandate was to keep the ship steady but also look for improvements, modernize systems, enhance our website, streamline processes, and bolster team productivity and quality assurance goals.What was meant to be a short-term assignment extended into nine enriching months. During this time, I embraced the transformative power of architecture being a love a shared since a young child thanks to my loving grandfather.
