Graduated from Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak, taking Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive). It has been 7 years since I was first join oil and gas company and currently work with SLB (Schlumberger - Well Construction Measurement) as a Senior Mechanical Technician providing service and maintenance to MLWD, ADS & RSS, Extenders and tubular drilling tools - crossovers and stabilizers adherence to the SWI and also being appointed by the seniors to full fill the role as the team lead apart from supporting the Supervisors and Managers in the workshops operations in service quality, service delivery, MnS and consumables, LEAN, 5S-6S, workshop and work process - improvement, mentee coaching, QAQC in service level of tool/ inspection and reports/ data/ documentation/paperwork in CMMS in order to meet the company's KPOs and objective throughout the country so that can meet the client's requirements and demand globally.
