I also established an exemplary logistical support team to ensure high profitability rates. I regularly utilized negotiation tactics to procure shipping and transportation contracts and pricing agreements. I implemented strategic budget management methods to efficiently reorganize operation and applied effective preventative maintenance planning to successfully execute warehouse and inventory control.
