Hello, my name is Bradley Gregory and I am the Owner and operator of Gregory Property Management, Inc. The corporation proudly operates under the Windermere umbrella out of the Kirkland Windermere office called Windermere Northeast. The company operates under the name Windermere NE/Gregory Property Management. In 1990 I started my real estate career and bought my first rental property. For many years I sold real estate while slowly building up the Property Management side of the business. It was a slow progression as I remained selective and committed to the business plan which is to manage only quality Single Family properties, owned by committed owners (no properties in disrepair), in a very specific geographic area. Once the business had a solid base, I gladly transitioned out of sales all together, hired employees as need...and away we went. I am very proud of the company I and my staff have created.
