As Senior Financial analyst, I'm responsible for consolidation of Midwest and Northeast regional area P&L reporting. This includes working with multiple areas across the company to maintain accurate and timely reporting and forecasting.

Provide expense reporting support and analytics for multiple functional areas. Analyze data and spend for budget comparison to actuals and forecast to help functional areas better understand activity. Enable leaders to manage overall budget targets or drive business discussions on cost and benefits of additional programs.Provide impact story of each functional area supported in the Monthly reports so that management and other stakeholders can understand activity driving variances.Manage budget process and loading for each functional area into the new Reporting system. Project spend tracking and reporting monthly. Consolidation of multiple sources from project trackers and hours reporting systems to provide complete view of current project spend and estimated forecast.

My role is to consolidate and produce the actual and forecast reports into a usable Income Statement view and other reports used internally and externally. Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the accuracy of what's being reported and the support behind it.

In addition to the Financial Analyst responsibilities listed from my prior title below, I now update and work with Treasury and provide the monthly Cash Flow Forecast. This report feeds directly into the forecast that is presented to management and executives. I enter our Operating Statistics into our financial reporting tool to generate reports that have the variance analysis. I continue to update and maintain actuals reports related to IFO Summary.

Working closely with multiple business partners to get monthly financial data to build reports. Entering the month actuals into Hyperion I then convert the raw data into external reporting format. From that I generate the IFO summary report that goes to Executives. From actuals and working with various accounting departments I input various parts of the forecast that is also reviewed with Management and Executives. I help build portions of our annual budget process that impacts multiple business units. I also continuously work to improve my existing process as to stay relevant and meet ever changing needs of the business.

Accountant for budgeting, reporting, and journal entries for Area team and departments. Work closely with the engineers and operators to keep financials on track for budgeting. Generate reports from SAP to provide to the Supervisors of these area teams and departments to monitor their goals and performance on spending and project costs.

Prepare and finalize taxes using Ultra Tax. Update client files with current depreciation. Make adjusting journal entries for business. Research relevant tax issues posted by IRS.
