I spent four years teaching in high school and 15 years experience in manufacturing . I have been in a management role since entering the manufacturing industry. I believe that safety comes first, then quality and the. production. I enjoy team building, helping team members further their careers and working in a leamn manufacturing environment. I am striving to be better than I was the day before. I believe that to better myself and my career. I have to help those around me grow in their career path.
