I have experience in the health and social care sector working in a rehabilitation residential care unit for adult individuals that have suffered acquired brain injuries. I was promoted to a senior within 6 months of working as a rehabilitation assistant and was an important figure at the home when there was a lack of leadership staff for a few months. I have received many compliments from qualified healthcare staff for my assistance with therapists in their therapy sessions with patients. I have a keen interest in psychology, health, fitness, and sport and it is the reason I chose to apply for the position at Renovo Care, and it is the reason I chose to complete an access to university course so to apply for the Sports & Exercise Psychology degree at Portsmouth University. I am leaving my degree with an open mind and an ability to critically analyse studies, as well as a wealth of understanding of psychology and health & fitness.All of these skills I have developed and the knowledge I have gained have now lead me to exploring my ability at Keep Fit Kingdom as an intern writer covering my fascination with Health and Fitness, specifically psychology. This is providing useful opportunity in growing and displaying my ability reading and understanding data and theories, my knowledge of the subject area, but also my capability of transferring this knowledge in a written format.
