I'm a self-driven and goal-oriented individual within the BEMS industry for approximately the last year and a half. I have over 14 years of experience within the telecom industry ranging from support specialist to fiber optic installation and repair technician. I am currently working on my undergraduate degree at both Ivy Tech and Purdue Northwest. I plan on within the next seven years completing my graduate studies at Purdue University Northwest with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Artificial Intelligence. I believe AI is the future especially within the Building and Energy Management industry, since businesses and organizations will want to automate the control and intelligence of their properties. With artificial intelligence combined with the advancements within the BEMS industry we have the opportunity to save organizations time and money and free up their most valuable resource their people to be able to act upon and detect any troubles before they become major repairs. I know I will be able to use my experience in computer science and my time in energy management to advance my career within the BEMS industry.
