I'm Brad, a Final Year Software Engineering Honours Student and current Solutions Consultant at Service Quality.I have developed programs in Python, Java, C, and C++ and have applied these skills during internships, including my time at Ashurst Global Law Firm. My experience as a Solutions Consultant has given me hands-on exposure to ITIL processes within ITSM tools such as Cherwell and Ivanti Neurons, where I have played a key role in streamlining IT service management operations.I am also actively involved in the QUT Code Network Society, where I have participated in various coding challenges that have improved my problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Additionally, I engage in Capture the Flag competitions with the Cyber Security Society.I have a strong interest in automation, particularly in automating workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
