I have been working in the food industry for over 5 years now ranging from commis chef to kitchen manager and head chef I have learnt all the necessary skills such as stock rotation food health and safety I know how to run a smooth and fast kitchen with high standards of food I want a change of environment learn new foods and new skills for the kitchen looking for a job I can progress in and learn more about the food industry with new foods and new menus I've created my own menus ranging from Italian to American diner style of food I have a large range of skills in the kitchen and would love to bring that to my next job
