My passion is sport. I aim to be a Sports Manager for an elite sporting organisation. My life experiences and education are oriented towards this goal. I am currently employed with the Junior Adventures Group as an Educator, respectfully acknowledging and embracing their core values ‘Considerate, Passionate and Courageous’, to provide a fun and safe environment for children so that they can learn, grow and thrive. Whilst my primary interest is in Australian rules football, I am eager to learn a variety of sporting roles, given the flexibility required in this Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (VUCA) world we all live in.During my studies with Torrens University and with the Simon Black Academy, I had the privilege of undertaking activities such as the Gallup Strengths Finder evaluation to determine my top 5 strengths. They are: Positivity, Maximiser, Relator, Context and Belief. I am using these strengths to build my network and connections on LinkedIn and in my professional life.
