I have been working in an administrative role for a registered training organisation (RTO) for over 8 years’ where my duties and responsibilities are to handle the day to day operation of all the training courses. Some of the main duties would include data entry, invoicing, spreadsheet maintenance of courses and maintaining the student management system.
