Implementation of complex and strategically important Member projects crucial to their objectives and Visa’s future success in the marketAct as both Project Manager and Implementation Consultant for multiple senior level projects at any one time. Projects included but not limited to: o Integration of new processing platforms to the Visa network o Integration of new members (Banks) to Visa o Migration of member (banks) authorisation, acquiring, clearing and settlement processing from existing to new processor – in house or third party o Extended Access Server installations o Visa Resolve online (VROL) and VROL Bulk system implementation o Establishment and modification of new card programs o Pre-paid card solutions Establishing client’s requirements and advising on (and implementing) the best approach. Produce, validate and maintain all project documentation, including project plan project scope etc Stakeholder management for all projects, both internal and external Provide consultancy to clients throughout the project lifecycle.Prince2 and AgilePM Qualifications.
