Asset Protection Manager with 7 years of experience. Approximately half that time was as a multi-unit manager. During my time in this position I had many direct reports and was responsible for one the most challenging districts in the Midwest Region. Shrink Mitigation was the top priortiy of the position and I enjoyed the challenging work. Customer service focused to ensure the safest and most profitable business possible. Extensive background including a focus on Investigations and Operational shrink reduction and minimization of loss due to internal and external theft. Action-oriented with strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business partners.

The first 2yrs as a loss prevention detective I was responsible for both the identification and apprehension of individuals committing external and internal theft. Physical Security, theft prevention strategies, shrink reduction, and a safety atmosphere were all aspects of the work. As a District Trainer I was responsible for training all new hire LP Detectives, setting work schedules, assigning audits or physical security tasks and organizing districts blitz teams. Communication with hourly employees and most importantly management built partnerships across each store within the district. Wicklander Zulowski certified annually from 2001-2004.
