Currently employed as the Prop EA on P8 for DE&S and the RAF. This role requires making Type Airwothiness decision for the CFM56-7B, structual and mechanical aspects of the air vehicle. Prevousley held position as an Airworthiness instructor at the managerial and maintainer level. Additional I have worked as a Human Factor Facilitator, delivery training to military and civialian personnel based at RAF Cosford. The training delivered is set down by the MAA and follows closely the MRP 145 and CAP 715 for JAR 66. Trade back ground is as an Avaition Technician Mechanical. Where I have been employed on C17 and Tornado GR4. In addition to this I have worked within the Quality and Continual Improvement Team of General Systems Flight at RAF Marham, where I ran CI event and worked within quality.
