I work with multiple departments to set up new studies by coordinating with clients to write documents detailing the management of clinical trials. These documents outline study-specific timelines and deliverables related to the collection, testing, storage, and shipping of samples. I help support ongoing studies by managing and tracking samples according.

I supervised and helped conduct laboratory testing as well as helped devise test plans. I was responsible for training contractors and P&G engineers on equipment, methods, and lab software. I created and fixed/updated multiple Excel based tools for test plan creation, submission, data processing, and application of predictive models that are used locally.

I was responsible for preparing materials and equipment in accordance with cGMP guidelines prior to tests, operating and troubleshooting equipment during tests, and collecting and analyzing data with Excel. I also worked to improve the system by automating parts of the process, installing safety features, and writing SOP’s.
