• Responsible for administration and issuance of all communications as required during any procurement bid cycle.
• Establishes the commercial requirements with the scope of work package in conjunction with the project manager or team.
• Completes all commercial bid analyses of submittals as received in response to any RFQ.
• Negotiates commercial terms and conditions with supplier/contractor prior to award of any agreement or contract, acting as liaison with Cameco's legal department.
• Completes the Key Award Criteria (KAC) in conjunction with the end user.

• Coordinate shipping international sales and purchase orders with accordance to trade customs laws, free trade agreements, logistics risk mitigation, and their Incoterms while monitoring relevant Key Performance.
• Source and purchase with accordance to our Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) Material Requisition Plan (MRP) to maintain a Just-in-Time (JIT), demand-driven production schedules while monitoring relevant KPIs
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to generate requests for quotations (RFQ), prepare vendor scorecards, and to properly define new parts’ Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS) numbers and origin details for.
• Interface with Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing to expedite critical component purchasing and inbound logistics to alleviate manufacturing constraints and ensure that production is uninterrupted and can.
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Managers to ensure that all domestic and international sales and purchase orders are fulfilled on time and within budget
• Proactively communicate purchasing and logistics constraints for sales opportunities, capital projects, and product orders to management and key stakeholders

• Efficiently and effectively align field resources with schedules and needed skills
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Managers to ensure head office field staff are utilized effectively
• Managing the master installation/maintenance schedule and resource plan
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Engineering staff to efficiently and effectively ensure all service support requests submitted to the Technical Support
• Services group are prioritized, assigned, addressed and closed within required time constraints
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports detailing service ticket status and / or develop and maintain dashboards within the project management ticketing software (JIRA)

Worked with Dr. Hamed Samarghandi, Ph.D on a project involving the Fair Rail Freight Service Act and the impact of government intervention in the raw goods transportation industry. This project is part of a larger body of work being done in supply chain optimization for public services and crown corporations in Canada.
