After completing my NQF Level 5 in Law. I started my working career as a Bank Teller at FNB in 2007. I moved on to Nedbank where I was a Financial administrator for retail banking. In 2011 I was awarded with a Nedbank Top Achiever award for outstanding performance in the workplace. This is one of my greatest achievements that I cherish very dearly.I eventually moved on to other opportunities and started a new adventure as a Buyers Administrator. I enjoyed this role as it was a constant challenge and it tested my abilities to the core. Covid arrived and shut down a lot of streets, including the street I was on. I was lucky enough to start over when given the opportunity as a customer service agent. Though this was not the most essential field or an industry that I would go for at first glance. However, I have learned to be resilient, have patience and always bring the best of myself at all times even when situations become complacent. Today I am a Real Time Analyst, since February 2023 and already received 2 employee star of the month awards in this role. Which is living proof that we can achieve anything we put our minds and energy towards. working experience 15+ years.
