In charge of the day to day running of the UK and Ireland sales office for FBI Food Group , an international food importer of chicken , duck and bacon products. Working with customers to ensure their product requirements are met. Duties include ensuring that profit margins are maintained , sourcing new products to the market , maintaining existing relationships with customers , prospecting for new customers , and other general account management duties.

Head of sales for the UK branch of a bakery and patisserie ingredient supplier. Responsible for improving results and figures. Overseeing a small team of 3/4 people. Working closely with reports from sage to analyse numerous customer accounts. Responsible for setting up and attending meetings with new, old and existing customers. Keeping logs of all quotations via excel, outlook and word. Contacting new and existing suppliers for new products and negotiating purchase prices. In charge of monthly promotions ensuring all promotions are being sold at the correct margins and are being pushed by the sales team. In charge of daily profit reports making sure margins are being maintained. Drawing up contracts for products that customer commit to a volume over periods of time. Responsible for letting customers know of different price increases. Making sure the sales team is communicating correctly with the various departments.

Dealing with new Business. Making sure all leads are followed up. Supplying customers with quotations. Handling numerous accounts. Making sure customers are recieving a high level of customer service.

Responsible for New Business and Renewals for a internet insurance company. Working in a fast paced enviroment having to think on my feet. Making sure that customer have no discrepancies on the insurance policies and have an adequate amount of cover for their needs.
