Provided support for the Actimize Fraud and BSA monitoring application. This includes support for both the IFM and WLF modules. Primary Support for the legacy application that currently supports the SAM and CDD modules and overseeing the module transition to the new Actimize software. • Planned and executed a project that migrated FNB from RCM to ActOne Case Manager.• Installed UDM, IFM, SAM and IDB Solutions on top of AIS 4.21 with RCM multi-site • Researched and implemented solutions that improved our security footprint for the Actimize app stack. This included eliminating TLS 1.0/1.1, removing vulnerable cipher suites, implementing end to end encryption throughout the environment using PKI certificates. • Experience utilizing and troubleshooting issues for the Actimize modular/monitor. On the IFM side this encompasses coordination with the internal ETL team for data issues or engaging the vendor to troubleshoot issues if needed. • On the Actimize WLF end I monitor and support that the execution plans and processes are working as expected. Completed several reporting projects for the line of business, which gave the LOB metrics for OFAC related business decisions.• Worked on AIS Visual Modeler and RCM designer to develop the AIS objects and also the server monitor to troubleshoot the logs and monitoring the system performance.
