My job is to identify and support the infrastructure necessary to meet our customer requirements (in terms of quality and on time delivery). I work with customers, suppliers, sales and engineering to identify requirements and potential needs and meet those needs by directing purchasing, manufacturing engineering and manufacturing operations including scheduling, production and inspection.Continuous Improvement is part of our company's DNA - we are ISO 9001 registered and additionally incorporate Lean Enterprise concepts and the Toyota Production System as models for our improvement processes. The goal is to gain market share / customer loyalty by becoming a Quick Response Manufacturer.

I directed the Quality and Continuous Improvement Initiatives, including gaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification. Responsible for all aspects of quality including inspection and CMM inspection processes.

I lead manufacturing teams and manufacturing engineering teams, planning and scheduling production process. During this time we expanded production capabilities and and capacity.

Responsible for company wide Inspection and CMM Inspection Processes. CMM Machines included a DEA 3408 CMM - 200" x 84" X 54" using PC-DMIS.

My responsibilities include the planning and implementation of performance improvement systems and best practices within the organization. I support Sales, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams in their improvement processes in order to reduce risk and to meet our customer's requirements.
