Brad is a strategically-minded CFO with nearly 20 years of experience across operating companies, investment banking, commodities, and principal investing. He has deep M&A and financing experience, having executed more than $30 billion of financing and M&A transactions across the energy sector.Brad was recruited by Treadstone Energy, a sponsor-backed upstream company, in mid-2022 to join as the company’s CFO and lead the finance and business development efforts. Brad was instrumental in the development of Treadstone’s acquisition strategy and quickly became a trusted partner to the CEO and Treadstone’s financial sponsor.Prior to joining Treadstone, Brad worked at BofA Securities / Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs for 17 years in a variety of investment banking and sales roles that have provided a breadth of experience. In his final role at BofA, Brad was responsible for standing up an emerging growth climate tech team after leading the $350mm+ Solugen Series C capital raise. Prior to this role, he focused his coverage efforts on the upstream sector where he executed numerous M&A and financing transactions.
