I currently lead Hanson's Raleigh, North Carolina office, with a focus on our services in Commissioning and Energy, Facility Condition Assessments, and MEP Design to our North Carolina client base.As the Facilities Practice Lead, I oversee the coordination and hiring of personnel for the mechanical, electrical, and the commissioning and energy disciplines across Hanson company-wide. I also work daily with the market principals and project managers company-wide to ensure project resources are adequately met by our team of 30 engineers and commissioning and energy specialists.I have 20 years of experience in project management, client management and mechanical design, including energy modeling and central energy plants. I have designed projects for K-12, higher education, hospitality, correctional, public safety, and governmental facilities in the Southeast US. I am a licensed professional engineer (PE) in FL, TX, NC, SC, GA, IA and LA. I have been a member of ASHRAE since 2004.
