We are a family owned and run business, have been around for four decades and have seen three generations involved in providing our customers with innovative solutions.I began my journey as a member of the sales team, speaking to clients every day to better understand their needs before taking over as the President and CEO in 2007. That gave me the unique insight to establish Insite Data Services in 2008. I listened to several of our customers speak about their struggles with hosting, data protection, and security and I knew we could help fill those needs. We now have 100+ customers using IDS’ services and very rarely do we welcome a new bank without the election of IDS.Each year we push our teams to study the banking industry to stay on top of the newest solutions community banks will benefit from. We added an Online Banking service back in 2003 and just a decade later added both mobile and tablet banking apps to our software solutions. Jumping ahead to 2016 we listened again to our customers that struggled to keep up with their back office processing. We created IDS On-Time, welcoming our banks to use our team of experts to handle all of their processing needs, allowing them to focus on the daily banking needs of their customers instead. When ASI was first founded in 1981, our goal was to treat our customers not as customers, but as partners. That same mantra has stuck with us every year. It’s written on our wall as a reminder to approach every task with our clients in mind.
