I am an experienced and motivational leader. I have developed my leadership skills in the Health and Social Care sector which is arguably one of the most highly regulated and scrutinised industry's in the UK. I began my career in politics which is a great interest of mine. However, my focus over the years has been entrepreneurial. I have set up and operated numerous new businesses over my career. I have an understanding of corporate leadership and operations from my time in operating Adult Health and Social Care providers in specialised services at Executive Level. I hold the unique skill set of an entrepreneur's acumen together with a detailed understanding of Corporate Governance. This places me in a inimitable position allowing me to not only identify and start up new businesses, but also to take businesses through to maturity which requires a corporate management approach.

The delivery of this strategy saw a reduction in agency cost by 90% within four months of implementation.
