I was responsible for the line management of the Senior Management Team for Bramley Health. I set the strategic vision of the business and worked with the team to deliver a five-year strategic plan which repositioned the business in a niche segment of the Health and Social Care sector, resulting in an improved revenue of 10m over annum. I delivered the following several key objectives:- Implementation of a new corporate management structure - Re-structuring of the Corporate Clinical Governance framework for Quality Assurance resulting of significantly improved compliance aid services regulated for Care Quality Commission- Restructuring of the Head Office, this resulted in a turnaround of the Financial and Human Resources Department. - Spear Heading a new Recruitment and Retention strategy due to significant vacancies in the business which previously ran significant usage of agency. The delivery of this strategy saw a reduction in agency cost by 90% within four months of implementation.

I was responsible for the commercial strategy for Glen Care Group and line management of the Sales and Marketing Team resulting in an increased revenue of 25m. My role and responsibilities involved: - Creation and delivery of sales and marketing strategy. - I lead on the financial restructuring of the business to achieve a more cost affective financial structure. - Analysing potential acquisitions inline with the strategic growth plan. - Leading on high value projects, such as the commissioning of a 6m specalist autistic hospital. - Identifying market opportunities via spot purchasing and tendering for contracts. - Delivering fee rates above the market pricing point via affective commercial delivery.- Management of referral pipeline. - Delivery of the re-branding and re-positionsing of Glen Care in the market place. - Turning around failing services to re-positsiion and/or restructure to make them commercially viable. I reported directly to the Executive Chairman and was a Board Director. I have developed significant knowledge and experience in high level management of health and social care businesses from a commercial and operational perspective.

My role was focused as referral generation and increased occupancy at Glen Care, it also encompassed services development and I took the commercial lead on a number of new services, such as Mental Health/Learning Disability Locked Rehabilitation, Acquired Bran Injury and Specialist Autistic Services. I exceeded my targets by over 100% and best performing commissioning manager in the team. Along with exceeding the average referral generation and conversion to admission. As a result of my performance I was promoted to Commercial Director.

I was employed as the commissioning manager for Glen Care to manage the commissioner engagement for Learning Disabilities Services, predominately residential services with nursing that support individuals with challenging behaviour and complex needs. I worked closely with commissioners and stockholders to develop productive working relationships. One of my key strengths in this post was the generation of referrals for areas that had not accessed Glen Care services before o have had stopped referring due to historic issues. Within 8 months I developed a portfolio of commissioners for LD services and resulted in the LD services being at full occupancy and then focused on creating a waiting list foe services to achieve enhanced sustainability.

Work with George Eustice MP at CCHQ in the public relations department, I under took a number of PR initiatives as directed by George Eustice MP how was head of department. I was later transferred to shadow chancellor of the exchequer (Gourge Osbourn MP) office as a researcher.
