This meant overseeing Health and Safety requirements and legislation as well as ensuring we are compliant with our strict code of conduct. It was a varied role which included purchasing, accounting, catering and general office administration. Medtronic was an important step for me career wise as it was a real step up from anything had done before. Due to the nature of the business the standards were extremely high and attention to detail was imperative.
