About Bradley Rapier

Hello Groovers 👋🏾Welcome! I’m an Emmy nominated, award-winning choreographer, keynote, and founder of Groove Theory, guiding leaders, activating teams and transforming culture out of the disabling epidemic of disengagement. Here’s a few points to give you an idea of what drives me:I am an activator, orchestrator and encourager by nature who loves life, his family, faith, and the groove.I’m passionate about breaking past the transactional nature of linear thinking to guide leaders and teams out of comfort zones into authentic engagement, endless creativity and trust in the groove.I walked away from the pursuit of a career in medicine and set out on a journey immersing myself in over 30 years in the world of street dance culture. I developed Groove Theory as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California and went on to perform, choreograph, create and orchestrate complex multi-layered productions from LA’s commercial world to NY’s Broadway stages. I understand the stress, overwhelm and consequences of disengagement that has leaders feeling unqualified. My goal is to break the disconnect within your teams and end the decline of your organizational morale. I believe leading an organization is tough enough, having it flourish in a culture of apathy makes the challenge that much more difficult. It requires a revolutionary process and approach that is not common in the marketplace. Thankfully there is a solution.Together let’s transform your workplace so that you can lead a happier and more unified team where employees see their value and your corporate productivity thrives. An authentic interaction and productive, healthy engagement does not have to be a mystery. With decades of experience with executives, teams, and talent at the highest levels, I've been there, done that and I'd love to guide you and your team out of their cubicles and into the CIRCLE!Click FOLLOW to join the journey
