My responsibility at LegalRM was managing the project implementation life cycles of all projects. During this time, I’d introduced new processes for the business to follow once a project has been handed over from the sales team. This includes developing a PMO through which all our projects are managed. This includes a project plan which is the road map to how our projects will run. A dashboard tailored to each client, during our project meetings, the dashboard displays key bits of data and focuses on current matters. Project timesheets, where the development team can invoice the time spent on a task for a particular client. Also, I have developed reports which are aimed to gain the business crucial information to enable us to decrease the amount of time needed to implement our project. Since joining the business I have managed to decrease the time a project takes by 33%. Depending on the business needs I have also done a number of ad hoc tasks which was not on my job specification, but I always like to face new challenges and develop new skills.
