Brad was a legal analyst for the Georgia State Senate’s Judiciary Civil and Non-Civil, Code Revision, and Ethics committees. He drafted amendments and policy recommendations for both the civil and criminal sections of the Georgia Official Code Annotated, as well as legal memoranda on a wide range of issues.Currently, he is representing tax credit syndicators in the purchase and sale of both state and federal tax credits and general corporate matters, such as the conversion of corporate entities, entity formation, fund management, and mergers & acquisitions.He has also handles data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including data collection and analysis, and monitoring client policies to ensure compliance with federal guidelines, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, HIPAA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Georgia Student Data Privacy Act.Brad is a member of the New York State Bar.
