Instruction influences our daily lives, whether in a classroom, office or out in the field pursuing our passions. With a Master's in Instructional Science and Technology, I am dedicated to making the instructional space engaging and effective. My background in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, and Computer Science enables me to leverage contemporary tools to create impactful learning experiences.As a Senior Instructional Designer at US Sailing, I have led over two dozen projects, developed nine self-paced e-learning courses, and aligned content with more than 450 learning objectives. This work involved collaborating with a diverse group of over 60 volunteers and subject matter experts across seven disciplines to craft individualized instruction.In 2020, I was honored to receive the Dick Allsopp C.R.E.W. Award, which recognizes individuals who exemplify exceptional service, respect, integrity, candor, and honesty. My colleagues at US Sailing noted that "US Sailing would not have made the strides in online education and video production without [Bradley]."
