Case Manager, Hearing Team Lead
Current• Manage a full caseload while operating as the point person for my team, guiding them through unfamiliar situations and working together with them to resolve unusual problems • Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys while developing files in preparation for hearings • Write procedural motions and draft correspondence and responses to Administrative Law Judges and Appellate Level Officials • Take detailed notes from preliminary conversations with clients enabling attorneys to write their briefs and frame their arguments for the case• Obtain updated information from clients; initiate requests for updated evidence and documentation needed for technical/procedural requirements
