Manage all aspects of purchasing and stock control on behalf of a multi-practice optometry group. Co-ordinate and instigate purchasing protocols with practice managers and wholesale optical suppliers. Train and update staff on correct stock management, including purchasing, management and diversification of product ranges. This role has been undertaken in conjunction with the outlined tasks associated in the previously described position of Senior Optical Dispenser

Manage the provision of eyecare services, including all aspects of optical prescription requirements. Develop and provide specialty eyewear program, including sports and diving prescription eyewear products. Provide practice management oversight and instigate/improve practice procedures and protocols. Provide training and technical advice to staff so as to maintain industry leading patient care.

Co-ordinating and managing all aspects of two eyecare practices. Bradley has an expert knowledge in the provision/dispensing of ophthalmic prescription spectacles, contact lenses and appliances. He has a keen interest in custom made eyewear solutions for individual specialty applications and is highly experienced in low vision, surgical and sports eyewear requirements. Bradley has personally tested and used many styles of eyewear in locations ranging from high in the Nepalese Himalayan Mountains (above 5500m altitude) to scuba diving in the Pacific Islands (to a depth of below 40m). Rounding out his background is previous experience in providing locum and management consultancy services to many large and small companies within the ophthalmic industry.
